Cymbalta side effects

The cymbalta is used for the treatment of anxiety and depression.

When taking the cymbalata, the tablet has to be taken only by swallowing and not buy crushing or chewing it. If it is a capsule it should not be opened or its content to be mixed with any liquids and food. This because all these actions can affect the enteric coating of the cymbalta.

When a person is suffering from major depressive disorder, he should begin by the dose of 40 mg taken into two different times. For some people the doctors may consider to begin with 30 mg per day until they adjust. Sometime the dosage can be up to 60 mg. sometime the person can need to take up to 120mg but there is no shown beneficial effect when a person is taking more than 60 mg while the safety of the people who are taking more than 120 is not known.

For the person who is suffering the anxiety disorder should also begin on 30 mg for the first week. This will also allow the person to adjust to the medicine before taking it up to 60 mg.

The medicine should be taken once or two times everyday and taking the medicine when eating it can reduce the nausea.
