The minimum is 50mg which is suitable for every one. You have to take care of it when you eat it because of over dose you can catch in dangerous problems. In case of overdose, if the problem will increase then you have to go for proper treatments because that can lead to the dangerous diseases. In the case, if you forgot to take that medicine then you should also not use that medicine in double quantity while you have to take the next doze after remembering.
